Quite simply put - I am paid an agreed-upon commission when you purchase the property you hire me to help you find. No extra costs for showing you homes, consulting with you, etc.

I've worked with many lenders - each with their own specialties. The first step in the house-hunting process is to acquire pre-approval. It will help guide us on which homes to focus on - and help ensure that your are prepared to make an attractive offer when the time is right.

While some agents might rush you right out to see properties - even if they are not good matches, I start every buyer relationship by interviewing you to get to the heart of what it is you want and need. That's what is most important.

I won't let you miss out on any property that meets your needs.

There are literally hundreds of properties out there vying for your attention. To manage "background noise", we'll eliminate properties that aren't good matches - making it easier to focus on matches and almost-matches. You'll receive updates real-time on new options, rather than having to spend your time searching the Internet. My knowledge of the area will also help you see properties that aren't even listed.

Home purchases are complex transactions with a huge cast of characters and many moving parts.
